- STRATEGIC PLANNING - Developed strategic plans for different clients on a consultative basis, including leading strategic planning workshops and driving new corporate strategies & initiatives.
- TRANSFORM - Leading and implementing strategic development for finance, HR, IT, operational efficiency, employee benefits programs, labor cost management, employee retention & cost reduction strategies.
- TANGIBLE TARGETS - Through the setup of easy to understand, measurable targets, I provide clear & concise expectations to operations and finance teams, often time resulting in new feedback loops and communication channels previously not available.
- 90 DAYS - As CFO I operate and execute on strategy using impact oriented 90-day plans that are aligned with the corporate strategy. These 90-day plans drive my focus day to day to have high impact results in a short period of time.
- BDC - Consulted for BDC in providing strategic plan development & execution mandates for their customer base throughout Alberta, British Columbia and the Northwest Territories. Several of these companies have doubled in size due to my ongoing involvement and become long term relationships.
